Failure in test: class 8 student commits suicide in Karachi

An eighth class student committed suicide in Paposh Nagar area of Karachi on Tuesday.

According to police authorities, eighth class student Raza of Paposh Nagar committed suicide by hanging himself with rope tied around his neck.Raza committed suicide as he was declared fail in assessment test and feared his parents’ anger over his performance in school.The parents of the students stopped med from coverage of the incident.According to SSP Central Asim Qaim khani, the incident took place in the evening.It is worth mentioning here that it was second such incident of student’s suicide within last 48 hours.On Monday, a student of seventh class in Abbottabad committed suicide over ill-treatment in school and hostel.
