Memo scandal: Writ to arrest Haqqani submitted in SC

A writ has been submitted in Supreme Court to arrest Hussain Haqqani through Interpol.

Barrister Zafarullah submitted the writ in Supreme Court Lahore registry.The writ application stated that it is illegal to record statement of former ambassador to United States Hussain Haqqani via video link since he is being accused in the memo scam.The application requested the Supreme Court to issue red warrant for Hussain Haqqani so that he could be brought back to Pakistan through Interpol.
