Dry, hot weather likely in most parts of country

Weather remains hot and dry in most parts of the country while light rain was recorded in Malakand.

Temperature is increasing in plane and upper areas of the country while maximum heat was recorded in Lasbela, Turbat and Mohenjo-daro where temperature rememained 43 degree Celsius.According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), rain with thunderstorm and strong winds is expected in some areas of Kohat, Rawalpindi, Kashmir and and Gilgit-Baltistan, however rain is not expected in cultivation areas during next two days.
