SC hears Balochistan law and order case

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry unsatisfied over Balochistan Interior Secretarys report.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case regarding Balochistan law and order situation at the Supreme Court’s Quetta registry today.During case proceedings, CJP questioned the completion of order regarding probe into unidentified bodies.He remarked that Attorney General should be summoned as some of the FC personnel are accused of their involvement in the case, adding that police have failed to bring satisfactory report to surface.Earlier, Supreme Court rejected Balochistan government reports and directed the authorities to submit fresh complete report regarding the law and order situation of the province.
