Railway engine case: LHC adjourns hearing till May 15

Lahore High Court has granted time on request of deputy attorney general for explanation till May 15

During the hearing, the petitioner said that the government signed a contract with a black-listed Chinese company for the purchase of railway engines. He referred to the Musharraf era when the engines ran out before time.The petitioner said the government wasted money from national exchequer after signing a deal with the same fraudulent company.Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Umer Ata Bandial heard the case.
