The fresh increase in POL prices has been challenged in the Lahore High Court.

Petitioner’s counsel stated that a petition regarding the hike in POL prices has already been pending in the court, while the government made a fresh increase and that would add the miseries of the poor.He said that the government had made no policy for increasing the POL prices. He requested the court to declare the fresh surge null and void.
