Shahbaz has said 'Ali Baba 40 thieves are trying to loot more money from national exchequer.

Talking to the ground breaking ceremony of Ashiana Iqbal Burki Road Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the poor had as much right over national resources as the elite, adding that if the poor deprived of their rights that would be a major negligence. Chief Minister’s quota has been abolished from the government educational institutions and now all admissions would be made on merit, he added.Shahbaz said that he has no power to allot any house in Ashyana, taxi or laptop to anyone because merit is being followed in all these schemes.He also ordered to release Rs 200 million for Ashiana Iqbal and link road from Burki Road also.
