(Reuters) - An image of action movie star Sylvester Stallone has been digitally altered to include a message against COVID-19 vaccines, U.S. President Joe Biden and U.S. top infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci.
“There are 4 useless things in this world: a woke person, COVID-19 vaccine, Anthony Fauci and Biden,” reads the alleged message on Stallone’s black t-shirt viewable ( here ), ( here ), ( here ).
A Jan. 12 tweet with the image has garnered at least 370 retweets at the time of writing this article ( here ).
The original photo, viewable on Shutterstock ( here ) shows Stallone wearing a plain black t-shirt. According to the description, the picture predates the COVID-19 pandemic and was captured on June 28, 2018.
