While many saw it as a fake news, Sanjay recently confirmed the story in an interaction. However, it’s what he did with the property that is truly heartfelt and reflects the actor’s real personality.

In an interaction with Curly Tales, Sanjay was asked if it was true that a female fan had left him property worth INR72 crore. The Khal Nayak star admitted it was true and said, “It is true.” When asked what he did with the property, he said, “I gave it back to the family.”

In 2018, Nisha Patil, a devoted fan of Sanjay Dutt, made headlines for leaving her entire property – worth a massive INR 72 crore – to the actor.

Nisha was a 62-year-old homemaker from Mumbai. She was reportedly suffering from a terminal illness and had informed her bank before her death to hand over all her assets to Sanjay Dutt after her passing.

The actor made his debut in 1981 with Rocky. Over the years, he has delivered several cult classics including Saajan, Vaastav, Munna Bhai MBBS and more.

However, his career was also marred by controversy when he was arrested under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA) for possessing illegal weapons linked to the 1993 Bombay blasts. He was convicted under the Arms Act and sentenced to five years in prison. The actor has completed his term.
