Luca Luca presents its collection for Spring/Summer 2011Luxury fashion house Luca Luca unveiled its collection for Spring/Summer 2011 during New York Fashion Week on Tuesday (September 14). A fan of architecture, Luca Luca creative director Raul Melgoza said Sydney's iconic Opera House inspired this season's collection. The range included a color palette of transparent prints of blue, pink and coral. Designs featured geometric triangular shapes, resembling those of a sail, while sheer fabrics were met with coarse rope, mesh netting embellishments and detail. By the end of the week, more than 90 designers will have shown their collections at New York Fashion Week's new Lincoln Center venue, in uptown Manhattan. New York Fashion Week wraps up on September 16.
