Arjun says the fight between the two is a figment of media's overactive imagination.

MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Contrary to the speculations that the two blue-eyed boys of Yash Raj camp - Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh share cold vibes, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor clears the air saying that the duo has known each other even before stepping in the glamour industry and share great rapport.

According to Arjun the fight between the two is a figment of media s overactive imagination and nothing else.

Says Arjun,   I love Ranveer Singh. I have known Ranveer even before getting into the industry. We used to work out together.

The media knows about it now since we both have become actors and working in the same film together.

Some people think we fight, some others think we fight & make-up, while some others feel we send flowers to each other after fighting and sit together other day,   adds Arjun.

Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are coming together in YRF s next GUNDAY. Ask Arjun if he feels competitive and he says casually,   There is no competition as such because Ranveer has his own identity and I have my own.

Ranveer is doing his job and I am doing mine. We don t interfere in each other s work or life. We are not junkies for the roles of same performances. We are two different actors by nature.

But the two are touted as the next big thing in Bollywood as they exhibit the same enthusiasm levels & passion for work. Interrupts Arjun,    Ayushamnn, Sushant, Ranbir, Imran, Shahid, all of them have same energy so energies doesn t serve the ground for competition.

Energies should be put for doing good work rather than for competition. And that s where we - I and Ranveer - stand for; we both are on the same page and support good work.

Fortunately, we both are known for our first films we both have got good opportunity and it would slay us being competitive with each other, as that will lose our perspective of making a proper foothold in the industry hum pehle apna kaam thik se karle phir competition ke bare mai sochenge.

First at least we reach a certain level and then we will think where life leads us.
