Film star Meera claims that Attiqur Rehman, who claims to be her husband, is giving her murder threats, adding that her video being screened on media was fake. Talking to Dunya News exclusively in Lahore the actress said that Rehman and his friend would be responsible if she or her any family member was harmed. Meera argued that if Rehman were her real husband how he could defame her. She opined that Musharraf government was artist friendly. She demanded that the government should solve the artists problems and tackle with those who blackmailed them. Meera complained that she survived a murder attempt earlier but the police did not register the case despite her repeated requests.
