KARACHI (Dunya News) - During a raid on a bungalow to search for an abductee, police recovered two luxury vehicles, sophisticated weapons and a huge quantity of bullets, Dunya News reported here on Saturday night.
According to AIA DIG, AVCC police conducted a raid on a house in Defence area to recover an abductee, adding during the search police recovered weapons, bullets and luxury vehicles.
He said investigation was under way to ascertain whom these vehicles belonged to and who brought the weapons. The DIG said a 22-year old man was arrested from the bungalow.
ROBBERS’ FACILITATOR HELD
In Owbara, police and rangers carried out a joint operation in Katcha area and arrested a man who worked for the robbers of the area.
The suspect identified as Fahim was shifted to an unknown location for investigation. He is stated to be the facilitator of the outlaws.
CASH SNATCHED
In Lahore, bandits took away cash from a shop at gunpoint in Harbanspura. A video of the incident has gone viral featuring bandits entering a general store and snatching cash from the shopkeeper and the customers at the shop. Police started investigation after registration of a case.
