Bandits kill youngster during robbery in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) - A youngster lost his life at the hands of robbers during a robbery in Korangi Ibrahim Hyderi, Dunya News reported here on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Bilal. He was going by his bike when two robbers intercepted him at a gunpoint and attempted to snatch his motorcycle.
Bilal resisted and did not give them his bike. The bandits snatched the bike forcibly and killed him on resistance.
On information, police reached the spot and shifted the dead body to hospital for post-mortem.
The law enforcers have registered a case and started investigation.
They are recording statements from eye-witnesses and getting help from CCTV footage to have a clue about the bike snatchers.
The murder of the youth has sparked panic in the area with residents demanded the police high-ups to control street crimes in the vicinity.
