LAKKI MARWAT (Dunya News)— Three people, including two children were killed near Indus Highway by the bank of River Kurram in Lakki Marwat district of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the details shared by Police, former MTO, Lakki Marwat Police Saadullah Khan Titarkhel was en route to Peshawar with family when two unrecognized assailants opened indiscriminate fire on them, rendering former police official and his two nephews breathless on the spot.
The authorities said that Saadullah was going to Peshawar for medical treatment when this unfortunate incident took place, adding that women remained unhurt.
According to the Lakki Marwat Police, dead bodies have been shifted to nearby hospital for examination while a search operation has been started to find the killers.
