LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police have registered a case against seven people including a woman in connection with installing secret cameras at a girls' hostel in Johar Town, Dunya News reported here on Sunday.
The case was registered on the complaint of a girl’s uncle who alleged that the hostel’s owner, his wife and five other people fixed covert cameras to make objectionable videos of the girls residing there.
According to police, the hostel has been vacated. No arrest has so far been made. Efforts were being made to track down the nominated suspects.
Girls living in the hostel have recorded their statements with police and confirmed that hidden cameras were installed in the hostel to blackmail and harass them.
