Robbers torture women and children for raising hue and cry
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Six robbers decamped with jewellery, cash and other valuables worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from a house in Shalimar Town.
Reports said the burglars subjected the inmates to torture for putting up resistance.
They took the family members hostage at gunpoint and decamped with cash, jewellery and other valuables.
CCTV footages show six masked men entered the house after parking their car outside.
Police reached the crime scene and recorded statements of the family members who told the law enforcers that the robbers tortured the women and children for raising hue and cry.
Police started investigation and assured the family that they would track down the robbers sooner than later.
