ANF arrests 12 drug peddlers

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) claims to have arrested 12 suspects accused of drug trafficking during raids carried out in Islamabad, Karachi, Khairpur, Multan, Peshawar and Khyber.
According to an ANF spokesperson, 74kg opium and 226kg hashish were recovered from the culprits.
Moreover, 3kg methamphetamine (ice) and three hashish-filled and two ice-filled capsules were also recovered from the peddlers.
The spokesperson added that cases had been registered under the Anti-Narcotics Act.
