BHERA (Dunya News) – A woman and her son was shot down in Bhera Tehsil of Sargodha district in Punjab province in late hours of Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Malkwal Road near Qasba Chhant wheere the woman and her son were gunned down by unknown motorcycle riders. The woman's husband, Adnan suffered critical injuries.
Police arrived at the scene afterwards and shifted the bodies to the Bhera tehsil headquarters (THQ) hospital Bhera for further legal procedure, along with the injured Adnan for his medical treatment.
The incident marks the fourth instance of double murder in Bhera within a month. On the other hand, police authorities said that the suspects involved in such crimes would be arrested soon.
