NAUSHAHRO FEROZE (Dunya News) – A man suspected for robberies was arrested in injured condition after an alleged encounter Naushahro Feroze district of Sindh province during the late hours of Friday night.
The police authorities said that the encounter occurred on Kandyaro Peeri link road when the bandits opened fire on police preforming their regular patrol duty. After being fired upon the police team responded aptly and arrested an injured dacoit identified as Atta Muhammad Mari a.k.a Attu Mari.
The arrested dacoit was highly-wanted to police and was booked under 30 offences including several cases of heinous crimes.
Despite the arrest of the dacoit, the accomplices of the suspect managed to flee the scene, the police sources claimed that a search operation is underway to arrest them as well.
