Girl burnt to death on honour pretext

JHANG (Dunya News) – A girl was allegedly burnt to death by her relatives over honour in Jhang district of Punjab on Friday.
Reports said the ill-fated girl was set on fire by her father and six others on the pretext of honour. Police claimed to have arrested all the suspects.
The girl recorded a statement before police and claimed that her family did this to her.
Police have registered a case and said a thorough investigation would be conducted and all the culprits involved would be brought to justice.
