Two terrorist killed during CTD search operation in Lakki Marwat

CTD Inspector Javed Iqbal got martyred whereas another soldier was injured
LAKKI MARWAT (Dunya News) – Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted an intelligence based operation in Pahar Khel Thal village of Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday.
The police and CTD killed two terrorists in an Intelligence based operation (IBO), as the team arrived at the scene culprits opened fire on raiding party from various directions. The culprits also threw hand grenades on police and as a result of exchange of fire two terrorists were killed.
CTD Inspector along with another soldier got injured by the firing of culprits, whereas the inspector could not be revived and succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. The killed terrorist were wanted to CTD in different cases.
