Policeman kills a man over monitory dispute in Lahore

Police sources said that the accused managed to escape from the scene after the incident.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – A police official opened fire and shot dead a man over a monitory dispute in Defence Phase-6 area of Lahore on Thursday night, Dunya News reported.

According to police sources, police official Kamran Sadiq Masih had a monitory dispute with Kamran Ishtiaq, which led to a heated argument between the two and the policeman shot and killed Kamran Ishtiaq for not returning the money.

Police sources said that the accused managed to escape from the scene after the incident. They also informed that the deceased was resident of Karachi East.

On the other hand, DIG Operations while taking notice of the incident has assured the bereaved family of justice.
