Bombs, illegal weapons recovered from possession of accused

KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Special Investigation Unit in Karachi arrested two accused involved in robbery of Rs60 million in Quetta. Awan bombs and illegal weapons were recovered from the possession of the accused.

According to details, SIU arrested two robbers from Karachi who were involved in robbery in Quetta. The robbers were arrested from Mowach Goth Hub River Road on a tip-off. The accused had fled from a trader s house after robbing Rs 60 million and gold. The robbers were identified as Sabir Ali and Saif-ur-Rehman.

A bomb was recovered from accused Sabir Ali and an unlicensed pistol was recovered from accused Saif-ur-Rehman. According to SIU officials, a case has been registered against the two robbers for possession of illegal weapons and explosives.
