Pakpattan: Woman's body recovered from neighbours house
PAKPATTAN (Dunya News) - The body of a woman who was killed after gang rape in Pakpattan was recovered from a neighbour s house.
According to details, the woman was killed after being gang-raped in Chak Bhila area of Pakpattan. Police said that the accused took the victim home on a pretext and she was gang-raped by three people already present.
According to police, the accused woman said that the suspects killed the woman for fear of being caught. The body of the victim has been recovered from a coffin in a neighbour s house while the search for the three absconding accused is on.
According to the police, a case has been registered against four persons on the complaint of the victim s brother after the postmortem. Sadar Police have arrested the accused woman involved in the incident.
On the other hand, IG Punjab Inam Ghani took notice of the incident of murder of a woman in Pakpattan after gang rape and has demanded a report from the concerned authorities.
