Remote controlled 6-7kg explosives planted in a motorcycle were defused during the operation

QUETTA (Dunya News) - Two terrorists involved in the recent blasts in Quetta were killed in an encounter with the CTD. Bomb planted in motorcycles was also diffused.

According to a CTD spokesman, the operation was conducted on the information of the presence of terrorists in Sra Gurgai area. Two terrorists were killed in return fire after they opened fired at police vehicle with high tech weapons. The terrorists killed were identified as Kafayat and Hikmat.

Remote controlled 6-7kg explosives planted in a motorcycle were also defused during the operation.

According to the spokesman, the two terrorists were involved in targeting the RRG vehicle, the vehicle of Security Forces at Makangi Road and the suicide bombing at Ishaqabad Mosque.
