Man hurls acid on female domestic worker in Sialkot
Asma's family complaint Rizwan's parents of his immoral actions which infuriated him.
SIALKOT (Dunya News) - An impish man threw acid on a female domestic worker in Punjab’s Sialkot district on Wednesday.
The incident occurred in Pakpura area where the 25-year-old woman Asma worked for Abdul Qudoos. The area’s hoodlum man Rizwan used to tease the woman on her way.
Asma’s family complaint Rizwan’s parents of his immoral actions which infuriated him and he threw acid on the woman in revenge.

The woman’s 90 percent body suffered burns. Asma’s family said that they took her to the hospital but the treatment has not yet begun. The woman was referred to Lahore due to critical condition.
After the news was aired on Dunya News, Punjab Inspector General took notice of the incident and summoned report of the incident from DPO Sialkot.
Pakpura police station’s SHO says that raids are underway to nab the culprit.
