Lahore's Gawalmandi SHO suspended in kite-thread injury issue
SHO of Gawalmandi Police Station was suspended after failure to implement kite-flying ban.
LAHORE ( Web Desk) – Station House Officer (SHO) of Gawalmandi was suspended on Sunday, a day after a girl was injured by kite-string in the area amidst a ban imposed by the provincial government on kite-flying.
Operations Wing Deputy Inspector General (DIG) suspended Station House Officer (SHO) of Gawalmandi for his failure to ensure law implementation.
A day earlier, a seven-year-old girl Zamzama was injured by kite-thread. Operations Wing DIG Haider Ashraf suspended the SHO for inefficiency.
