Chief Justice Saqib Nisar took suo moto action on the rape incident of 12-year-old girl
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar has on Thursday taken notice of the rape of a 12-year-old girl in Kandh Kot and demanded notice from Sindh IG within a week, reported Dunya News.
According to media reports, the residents of Kashmore district’s Kandh Kot area was a housemaid and was allegedly gang raped after being drugged.
Chief Justice of Pakistan ordered Sindh IG of police to present a detailed report of the incident within a week.
