FIA arrests Pak-PWD's former engineer from Islamabad
Engineer Pak-PWD Muhammad Rasheed gave false inspection report of PIA station Jammu and Kashmir.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Friday arrested the former engineer of Pakistan Public Works Department (PWD) from Islamabad.
Engineer Pak-PWD Muhammad Rasheed gave false inspection report of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) station in Jammu and Kashmir in which he stated that 98 percent of the project has been completed whereas in reality the situation was different.
Last year in September, FIA registered a case against him for misusing his authority whereas judicial magistrate of Islamabad issued arrest warrants of the accused.
On the other hand, FIA also detained two proclaimed offenders from Multan.
The suspects include Dera Ghazi Khan’s Hussain Baksh and Liaquat Ali of Muzaffargarh.
