Threat of blowing up stadium puts police on their toes

AHMEDABAD (Dunya News) - A threat has been hurled to blow up the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad which is hosting several important matches of the ongoing world cup.
Indian media reports that the Mumbai police have received an email warning of blowing up the stadium.

Police said they had heightened security in Ahmedabad and they were scrutinising the content of the email. They said a Khalistan Tehreek leader had sent the intimidatory mail.
The stadium is the centre of attraction as Pakistan and India are scheduled to play their all-important match of the world cup on Oct 14.
