Former Pakistan cricket coach has said that he will stay away from cricket for some time.

Talking to media at the Lahore Airport before his departure for Australia Waqar said that his association with Pakistan team as a coach was very good.He said that Pakistan cricket team is very talented and have ability to beat Sri Lanka. The former coach said that he has not decided about his future plan regarding coaching job.Earlier, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) hosted a reception in honour of Waqar younis at the National Cricket Academy. The PCB also acknowledged his services for Pakistan cricket and announced Rs one million reward for him.
