Pakistani cricket team left for Zimbabwe tour from Lahore airport on Thursday (today) morning.
The training camp for Zimbabwe tour was concluded two days ago and players went to their homes.The players gathered at National Cricket Academy tonight and from there they moved to Lahore airport.In the morning, the national cricket team left for Zimbabwe tour while authorities of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) were also present on this occasion.This will be the last tour of coach Waqar Younis with the team. He had announced on last Saturday he would step down after the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe.The former fast bowler said he had resigned a few days back but while accepting his resignation, the Pakistan Cricket Board asked him to stay on for the Zimbabwe tour.Pakistan will play one Test, two Twenty20s and three one-day internationals against Zimbabwe on the tour.
