Pakistan, India women cricket series canceled

PCB has informed ICC about the cancellation of the series.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The most-awaited scheduled series between Pakistan and India women cricket teams on Tuesday has reportedly canceled.

According to details, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not responded to national women cricket wing after which the series that was decided to be played on  September 7 has been canceled.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also informed International Cricket Council (ICC) about the suspension of the series. The official said that PCB has decided not to contact BCCI anymore on this issue now. 

It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan and India women cricket series was a part of qualifying round of World Cup 2019.
