Rupee gains Rs 1.17 against dollar in interbank market

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Pakistani rupee recovered some lost ground and gained Rs 1.17 against the US dollar in the interbank market, Dunya News reported on Thursday.

The greenback closed at Rs 166.88 in the interbank market against the rupee after dipping by 0.7 percent.

On the other hand, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 600 per tola to trade at Rs 104,600. The rate of ten grams of gold is Rs 89,678 after depreciation of Rs 514.
