Prime Minister Imran Khan will give final approval on OGRAs recommendation

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) –The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday recommended the government to increase price of motor spirit (petrol) by Rs11.92 per liter and high speed diesel (HSD) by Rs11.17 per liter for April 2019.

In monthly review for April, the OGRA also proposed an increase of Rs6.65 per liter in price of kerosene oil and Rs6.50 per liter increase in light diesel oil (LDO) price.

According to Dunya News sources, the OGRA has proposed to increase per liter prices of petroleum products by Rs11.

Sources further said that the summary has been sent to the Petroleum Division.

Prime Minister Imran Khan will give final approval on OGRA’s recommendation, while the new prices would come into effect from April 1.
