All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) is observing 48 hours of strike which started today against the imposition of 15 percent regulatory duty.APTMA Punjab chairman Gauhar Ijaz addressed a press conference last Monday, said that APTMA has unanimously decided to continue strike for two months. He said that for next two months, all textile mills will remain closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. He said that industry is on the brink of collapse due to energy crisis and prevailing law and order situation in the country. He demanded the government to end regulatory duty.
