According to news agencies, both countries signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at easing business expansion for British companies operating in China and boosting cooperation in key sectors.
The visa-free initiative is expected to support the growth of the UK’s services industry and strengthen broader economic ties. During the visit, the two sides also reached partnership agreements covering health, finance, legal, professional, and education sectors.
