In spirit of the fifth World Emoji Day, let's have a look at some of the must-have Pakistani Emojis.
(WebDesk) – The trend of celebrating the little things in life just grows and grows as time passes by. Talking of the little things in life, 17 July marks the celebration of World Emoji Day. Surprisingly the World Emoji day is an unofficial holiday celebrated almost all over the world. The day is deemed as a global celebration of emojis and is celebrated with various emoji events and product releases. The day has been marked officially in the annual calendars ever since the year 2014.
Like other countries in the world, Pakistan too, enjoys its fair share of using emojis whilst texting and Whatsapping their friends and families. However, in certain situations, us Pakistanis miss out on the emojis perfect for certain situations.
On the World Emoji Day, let us all have a look at some of the emojis that are most applicable for Pakistanis all across the world and ones that should be included in the vast array of other emojis already available.
Biryani Emoji
What else defines Pakistanis other than their passionately crazy love for food? Nothing, that is for sure. Imagine, after a long hard day at college or university, you want to text your mother and ask her to make some delicious homemade food, now who has time to write all that? Right? All you have to do is tap a button and there it is; a biryani emoji!
Samosa Emoji
Without a doubt, Pakistan’s favorite second to the Biryani is the Samosa. Whether its hot or cold, raining or dry, snowing or humid, Pakistanis have always got time to grab a Samosa wherever they’re heading. Texting a friend for a quick bite of the extremely tasty treat could become way easier if we were to get the Samosa emoji, right?
Laddu Emoji
Whether it be a wedding, a birthday, an anniversary or a graduation party, there is always room for Pakistan’s favorite sweet treat; the Laddu. Just imagine how cool it would be if we have our very own Laddu emoji in every smartphone, I know right!
Rickshaw Emoji
Next comes the most convenient and most widely used sawari for almost every one of us. Whether a laborer, student, teacher, businessperson, journalist or politician, no one really minds using Pakistan’s most readily available mode of transport; the rickshaw.
Lota Emoji
We know its funny and somewhat embarrassing but hey! We all use it right? Its about time Pakistan have their very own Lota emoji.
Desi Bride & Groom Emoji
Now its time to talk about the cutest and one of the most wanted emoji us Pakistanis are all desperately waiting for: the gorgeous and cute desi bride and groom emoji. Definitely a must have, right?
