A severe ice storm causes chaos in South Eastern states of USA while thick ice has also covered the region.In, Oklahoma State at least 12 inches of snow fall was recorded that has completely suspended life in the state. Ice has covered roads, buildings and trees. Electricity has also been suspended due to the harsh weather that is causing difficulties for the locals.
