An explosion at a firecracker factory in China's central Shaanxi province killed nine people. The ninth body was discovered amongst the rubble on Saturday. According to sources, the blast tore down all seven workshops of the Xinping Firecrackers Company Limited. Most of the victims of the explosion came from the nearby Yilong village. Local security forces were trying to track down the company manager, Qu Pingxin, and that local security officials said he disappeared after the explosion.An investigation team was dispatched to the scene, officials said.
