Summary Jordan's King Abdullah II will visit Moscow on Tuesday for talks with Russian President.

AMMAN (AFP) - The palace said on Monday, the king will visit Moscow on Tuesday to discuss with the Russian president Vladimir Putin the latest developments in Syria.

"The talks will also include other Middle East issues as well as Jordanian-Russian relations."

Russia, a staunch supporter of the Damascus regime, has been repeatedly condemned by Western counties and some Arab nations for keeping ties to the government despite violence which the UN says has left nearly 70,000 dead.

Jordan says it is hosting around 350 Syrian refugees, including more than 90,000 at Zaatari desert refugee camp, near the border with Syria.
