Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has once again accused that terrorists from Pakistan are planning to attack India, adding that members of terrorist organizations are present in Azad Kashmir. Addressing the Security Conference in New Delhi he said that India was still threatened by the cross-border intervention. He said that the countrys security had been increased after the Mumbai attacks. Manmohan said that militants were adopting new ways to intervene into Kashmir, however, the security situation had improved in the area.
