Summary Two blasts occurred in Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk on Friday, injuring at least 12 people.
Tweleve people were injured when two blasts exploded at a central tram stop and near a local movie theatre, emergencies officials told AFP.It was an explosive device which was planted in a trash can and injured five people, emergencies ministry spokeswoman Yulia Yershova said, referring to the first blast at 11:50 a.m. (0850 GMT). The second blast in the eastern city followed 30 minutes later injuring seven, she said.
