US Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen said that he does not believe Russian nuclear submarines patrolling off the East Coast a sign of revival of the Cold War. Talking to the reporters and editors at The Washington Times, Mike Mullen told that U.S. military officials have been working conscientiously since recent years to improve the communication links with their Russian counterparts. I don't think its a revival of the Cold War piece, Mullen said.
