Summary Rysa charged with aggravated animal cruelty as he threw his dog out the 3-story of his apartment.
According to police, Milan Rysa, 30 hurled Brooklyn out of his Astoria apartment at about 8:30 pm.One disturbed witness said that he saw the 50-pound canine fly out the window and heard it yelp as it hit the ground with a thud.When cops knocked on Rysa’s apartment door, the Queens man allegedly told officers he had been asleep at the time the dog flew out the window. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and one count of overdriving, torturing and injuring an animal, the Queens district attorneys office said.After his arrest, Rysa was taken to a local hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
