A car that literally changes colours according to driver's moods
LAS VEGAS (Web Desk) – BMW has unveiled a pair of concept cars on Consumer Electronics Show (CES), one of which changes colors according to owner’s moods.
Both cars, named as I Vision Dee Concept, look similar. Dee stands for Digital Emotional Experience. One of the cars has color-changing panels.
The German car-manufacturing giant had, earlier, introduced a concept car that could only change its color to gray. However, the new version can change colors of its different parts all at once. Even the wheels change colors.
The car’s exterior is actually a display panel that can replicate owner’s face expressions such as happiness, sadness, or anguish in the form of different colors. While the interior contains a smart wind-shield that the company plans to introduce in all cars in 2025.
The company, however, hasn’t unleashed whether the version will be released to general consumers.
