One of the show participants, Tatyana Fresher-Egorova said to Reuters TV that ageing can be attractive too, and the show gives spectators different perspective on things that one can do when getting old.
Beginning in 2014, the fashion show has grown year on year and intends to help the elderly feel more comfortable in their skin. Organised by Lazibnaya’s elderly-oriented website "Baba-Deda.ru", the fashion show enjoys support from various Russian charity organisations.
