Manchester opens special 'phone lane' for texting pedestrians
Authorities said it was temporary and was designed specifically for those walking whilst on phones.
MANCHESTER (Dunya News) – Manchester authorities introduced a new ‘slow lane’ for mobile phone users in Hardman Boulevard.
The authorities said, “It was temporary and was designed specifically for those walking whilst on their phone. But there certainly seems to be public support for more policies like this going forward.”
