Chinese company employees punished to crawl on roads
The company directed employees to crawl on the roads for not completing sales target.
BEIJING (Web-Desk) – The employees of a Chinese company, located in the Shandong Province, have been punished to crawl on roads following poor performance.
The company directed employees to crawl on the roads for not completing sales target, the video of which took social media by storm. This punishment is being criticized widely by social media users.
This astounding incident took place on 14th of January in the Zaozhuang city of China in which 6 employees of a company including women were punished to crawl on roads for not meeting the sales target.
During this activity, a person is moving ahead with the flag of the company. The crawling employees are wearing official dress and no precautionary measures were taken.
As police reached the scene, the crawling employees were panting tiredly. Inquiry has begun against the cosmetic company which has been temporarily shut down however the spokesperson said that the only purpose of this activity was to motivate employees towards working efficiently.
It is worth mentioning here that Chinese companies are quite popular for punishing employees uniquely over poor performance. Former to this incident, a company compelled its employees to have a bitter drink while another company punished them to eat cockroaches.
